The following Terms of Service govern the use of the HealthComm website and all HealthComm products generally. For information about the Terms of Service for a specific HealthComm product, please consult that products Terms of Service. All visitors to the HealthComm website and users of HealthComm products must agree to these terms and conditions without exception.

HealthComm may at any time modify these Terms of Service; it is incumbent upon visitors to the HealthComm website and users of HealthComm products to periodically review and confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service. Continued visitation of the HealthComm website or continued usage of a HealthComm product will indicate acceptance of these terms in full.


HealthComm does not collect or share any information that could be used to personally identify any visitor to the HealthComm website or user of a HealthComm product except as described in the HealthComm Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Websites and Web Applications

The HealthComm website may contain off-site links that, if followed, will take a visitor to a website not affiliated with HealthComm. HealthComm’ products may utilize the application programming interfaces (API) of third-party Web applications and websites. These Terms of Service do not apply to those third-party Web applications or websites or any others that HealthComm may use in the future to extend the functionality of HealthComm’ products.

All associated software, graphics, logos, trademarks and service marks of the HealthComm website and all HealthComm products are the intellectual property of HealthComm. No transfer of this property or rights to this property is implied under these Terms of Service. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of HealthComm products is prohibited except as explicitly described in these Terms of Service. Any source code, any compiled or executable or runtime code, any database structure or schema, any data access or data manipulation code is the sole property of HealthComm and may not be copied or used under any circumstances without the express, prior written permission of HealthComm.

Law and Venue

These Terms of Service are entered into in the State of Virginia and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, exclusive of its choice of law rules.

Each party to these Terms of Service submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Richmond, Virginia, for any dispute with HealthComm, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
